Decisive's origin is directly from the indirect lending business. The platform itself was developed by the Decisive team for use in a related company, Vanguard Credit. Being auto finance lenders ourselves, we know what challenges face auto finance pros everyday and we built DecisiveOnline® to meet these challenges. The DecisiveOnline® platform was first used to originate deals in January of 2004.
In December of 2005, a multi-billion dollar credit union approached us with an interest in using the DecisiveOnline® platform. By early 2006, we launched a private-labeled website running the DecisiveOnline® for our first software client.
